Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
November 2, 2016 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of International Business Machines Corporation (IBM),
specifically, the GTS Storage Development, Service Planning
Application Development worker group, which reports to GTS Labs,
which reports to GTS Technology Innovation & Automation, which
reports to GTS Infrastructure Services, which reports to Global
Technology Services Division (GTS), including on-site leased
workers Collabera, Armonk, New York [herein referred to as
"International Business Machines Corporation (IBM)"].





The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,308), which
expires on October 27, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
