Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
October 28, 2016 by a State workforce office on behalf of workers
of Versum Materials US, LLC, a subsidiary of Versum Materials,
Inc., including workers whose unemployment insurance (UI) wages are
reported under Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., Surface
Preparation and Clean (SP&C) Division, Allentown, Pennsylvania.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,251) which expires
on October 20, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
