Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 15, 2016 by the company official on behalf of workers of
Dental Invisions, Inc., Delray Beach, Florida.
The petition has been deemed invalid. Per 29 CFR 90, a
petition may be filed on behalf of a group of workers and a group
is defined as "three or more workers in a firm or an appropriate
subdivision thereof." The worker group at the subject firm
consists of fewer than three workers. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
