Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 14, 2016 by a state workforce office on behalf of
workers of CTS Corporation, including on-site leased workers from
Specialized Staffing, Manpower, Aerotek, Personnel Partners, Talent
Source Staffing, and Tech USA, Elkhart, Indiana.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,005) which expires
on August 31, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
