Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 9, 2016, by a State Workforce Office on behalf of workers
of Volt Management Corporation, Volt Workforce Solutions
Division, a subsidiary of Volt Information Science, Inc.,
Indianapolis, Indiana. Workers are engaged in activities related
to the production of large engines.
The petitioning worker group is covered by an amended
certification (TA-W-90,251) which expires on November 6, 2017.
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
