Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 31, 2016 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Huntington Alloys Corporation, Special Metals Division, a
subsidiary of Special Metals Corporation, Burnaugh, Kentucky.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-86,089A) which
expires on January 19, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
