an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 16, 2016 on behalf of workers of Workers of Mattel, Inc.,
Mattel Global Shared Service Solutions (MGSSS), East Aurora, New
York.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,015) which expires
on August 17, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
