Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 10, 2016 on behalf of workers of Randstad Sourceright,
Alpharetta, Georgia working on-site at a Siemens facility.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-91,954; Siemens
Shared Services, Talent Services Division, including on-site leased
workers of Randstad Sourceright, Orlando, Florida) which expires on
July 13, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
