Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 5, 2016 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Abbott Laboratories, Abbott Vascular Division, including on-site
leased workers from TapFin, Temecula, California.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-92,074), which
expires on October 7, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
