Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 26, 2016 by the state workforce office on behalf of workers
of McDonald's Corporation, Global Shared Services - Finance &
Accounting Division, Oak Brook, Illinois.
The petitioning group of workers are covered by an earlier
petition (TA-W-92,052A) for which a determination has been made.
Further investigation in this case would duplicate efforts and
serve no purpose; therefore, the investigation under this petition
has been terminated.
