Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 21, 2016 by a company official on behalf of workers of
Norandal USA, Inc., a subsidiary of Noranda Intermediate Holding
Corporation, including on-site leased workers from Great Rivers
Employment Aptitude and Technical Services (Manpower), Personnel
Placements LLC, and Express Employment Professionals, Huntington,
Tennessee (TA-W-92,039) and Norandal USA, Inc., a subsidiary of
Noranda Intermediate Holding Corporation, including on-site
leased workers from ResourceMFG, formerly known as Select
Staffing, Salisbury, North Carolina (TA-W-92,039A).



The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-91,968A, TA-W-
91,968B) which expires on July 27, 2018. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
