Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on July 19, 2016 by the State of New Jersey on
behalf of workers of Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE), New
Providence, New Jersey.
The petition is deemed invalid because the allegation in
the petition relates to a company which is not the same company
from which the workers whose behalf the petition was filed were
separated. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
