Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 15, 2016 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Halliburton (Wireline and Perforating), Houston, Texas.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. The worker group separation date supplied on the petition
of January 13, 2016 was incorrect. The correct date of worker
group separation is January 13, 2015 was confirmed by the
petitioner. January 13, 2015 falls outside the relevant period of
investigation making the intended worker group not included. No
further separations were reported by the petitioner. Consequently,
the investigation has been terminated.
