Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
July 8, 2016 by State Workforce Office on behalf of workers of
Electrofilm Manufacturing Company LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary
of EnviroTech LLC, including on-site leased workers from Aerotek
Commercial Staffing, Ronin Staffing LLC, ExactStaff, Superior
Talent Resources Inc., and Chipton-Ross, Valencia, California.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-91,256) which expires
on February 4, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
