Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 29, 2016 by the state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Sensata Technologies, Inc., including on-site leased workers
from Staffmark, Signature Consultants, and Aerotek, Springfield,
Tennessee.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-91,485) which expires
on May 26, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
