an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
June 15, 2016 by a company official on behalf of workers of
MetalTek International, Southern Centrifugal Division,
Chattanooga, Tennessee. The workers' firm is engaged in
activities related to the production of copper based alloyed
castings and finished parts.
The company official has requested that the petition be
withdrawn. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
