Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 23, 2016, by the state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Kennametal Inc., Technology Group, Remote/Office in Home Workers,
Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-91,536) which expires
on June 15, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
