Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 17, 2016 by state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Veritas Software Corporation, Customer Support Division,
Springfield, Oregon. The workers’ firm is engaged in activities
related to the supply of information management services.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-90,075; Symantec
Corporation, Technical Support Division and Customer Support
Division, including workers whose wages were reported under
Veritas Software Corporation, including on-site leased workers
from Pro Unlimited, Inc., Caresoft, Inc., Insight Global, LLC,
And Insync Staffing Inc., Springfield, Oregon; expires on
December 4, 2017). Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
