Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 6, 2016 by the United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber
Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers
International Union (USW) on behalf of workers of Irathane
Systems, Industrial Rubber Applicators, Hibbing, Minnesota.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an earlier
petition filed by the State of Minnesota (Irathane, Inc., 3516 East
13th Avenue, Hibbing, Minnesota; TA-W-91,329) that is the subject of
an ongoing investigation for which a determination has not yet been
issued. Further investigation in this case would duplicate efforts
and serve no purpose; therefore, the investigation under this
petition has been terminated.
