Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 6, 2016 by the state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Newmont Mining Corporation, IT, Supply Chain, Human resources, and
Financial Services Department, including on-site leased workers
from Lewis Fowler, Spectra Business Partners, ProKarma, SMEC,
Unison Systems, NIMBL, and Recruit121, Greenwood Village, Colorado
(Newmont Mining).
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-91,340) which
expires on May 9, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
