Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 5, 2016 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Universal Oil Products, a subsidiary of Honeywell International
Performance Materials and Technologies, Customer Service
Division, Chickasaw, Alabama.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-91,669) which
expires on April 27, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
