Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
May 4, 2016, on behalf of workers of US Synthetic Corporation,
Orem, Utah. The workers are engaged in activates related to
production of diamond cutters for oil rigs drill bits.
The petitioning worker group is covered by an active
certification (TA-W-91,826) which expires on August 10, 2018.
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
