Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 28, 2016 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Premise Health, Brentwood, Tennessee.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-91,090) which expires
on March 24, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
