Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 28, 2016 by the United Steel Workers of America, Local 9532
on behalf of workers of Dana Commercial Vehicle Manufacturing LLC,
a subsidiary of Dana Holding Corporation, including on-site
leased workers from Bluegrass Associates and Ahead Staffing,
Glasgow, Kentucky.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
