an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 27, 2016 by the state workforce office on behalf of workers
of PetroChoice, LLC, Superior, Wisconsin.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-91,152A) which
expires on June 15, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
