an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 26, 2016 by the State Workforce Office on behalf of workers
of H.C. Haynes Inc., Winn, Maine. The workers are engaged in
activity related to the supply of wood harvesting services. The
petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
