Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 22, 2016, on behalf of workers of Bank of America, a
subsidiary of Bank of America, N.A, Simi Valley, California. The
workers are engaged in activates related to the supply of office
operations support for the mortgage bankruptcy operations.
The petitioning worker group is covered by an active
certification (TA-W-86,050; Bank of America, N.A, Mortgage
Bankruptcy Operations, 1757 Tapo Canyon, Simi Valley, California),
which expires on August 19, 2017. Consequently, further
investigation in this case would serve no purpose, and the
investigation has been terminated.
