Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 15, 2016, by a State Workforce Office on behalf of Broadcom
Limited, formerly known as Avago Technologies, Norcross, Georgia.
The workers are engaged in activates related to production of
semiconductors and software.
The worker group is covered by an active certification (TA-W-
85,780E), which expires on February 27, 2017. Consequently,
further investigation in this case would serve no purpose, and the
investigation has been terminated.
