Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 13, 2016 by a State workforce office on behalf of workers of
MEMC Pasadena, Inc., a subsidiary of SunEdison, Inc., Pasadena,
Texas.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-91,690) which expires
on July 12, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
