Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 11, 2016 by an authorized representative on behalf of
workers of Global Integrated Resources, Inc., working on-site at
Dresser, Inc., also known as Dresser Masoneilan, General Electric
Measurement and Control, a sub-division of General Electric – Oil
& Gas, Avon, Massachusetts.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-90,166A) which
expires on November 13, 2017. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
