Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
April 5, 2016 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers of
Whelan Security Company, working on-site at Noranda Aluminum,
Inc., a subsidiary of Noranda Aluminum Holding Corporation, New
Madrid, Missouri.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-91,352) which expires
on March 25, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
