Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on March 31, 2016 by a State Workforce Office on
behalf of workers of Mary's River Lumber Company, Corvallis,
Oregon. Although the petition states there are two Mary's
River Lumber Company locations in Oregon, the petition
identifies only the facility at 4515 NE Elliott Circle,
Corvallis, Oregon. Consequently, the immediate petition is
limited to the afore-identified location.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an earlier
petition (TA-W-91,616A) filed on March 21, 2016, that is the
subject of an ongoing investigation. Further investigation in
this case would duplicate efforts and serve no purpose;
therefore, the investigation under this petition has been
terminated.
