Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on March 21, 2016, by a state workforce official
on behalf of workers of Bronson Precision Products, a
subsidiary of Royal Oak Industries, Inc., Bronson, Michigan.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an existing
certification (TA-W-91,629B). Further investigation in this case
would serve no purpose; therefore, the investigation under this
petition has been terminated.
