Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on March 25, 2016 by a state workforce official
on behalf of workers of Royal Oak Boring, a subsidiary of Royal
Oak Industries, Inc., Port Huron, Michigan.
The petitioning group of workers is covered by an existing
certification (TA-W-91,629A). Further investigation in this case
would duplicate efforts and serve no purpose; therefore, the
investigation under this petition has been terminated.
