Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 15, 2016 by a company official on behalf of workers of
Century Aluminum of South Carolina, Inc., including on-site
leased workers from MAU Workforce, Solutions, Goose Creek, South
Carolina.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-91,132) which expires
on May 11, 2018. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
