an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 8, 2016 by a company official on behalf of workers of
General Cable, a wholly owned subsidiary of General Cable
Corporation, including on-site leased workers from Staffmark,
Malvern, Arkansas.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
