Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
March 4, 2016 by the United Electrical, Radio and Machine Workers
of America (UE), Local 506 on behalf of workers of General
Electric Company, Transportation Division, Erie, Pennsylvania.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-83,328) which expires
on June 3, 2016. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
