Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 19, 2016 by the state workforce office on behalf of
workers of Montgomery Developmental Center, Department of
Developmental Disabilities, State of Ohio, Huber Heights, Ohio.
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid. The basis of this termination is because the workers are
employed by a public agency and not a firm. The Trade Act of 1974,
as amended, does not apply for workers of public agencies.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
