Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 16, 2016 by the company official on behalf of the worker
group at Hermitage Wood Products, Inc., Pompano Beach, Florida.
The petition has been deemed invalid. Per 29 CFR 90, "Group
means three or more workers in a firm or an appropriate subdivision
thereof." The definition of a worker group has not been met.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
