Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
February 10, 2016 by the United Steelworkers, Local 1046 on
behalf of workers of Jewel Acquisition, LLC, ATI Flat Rolled
Products, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Allegheny
Technologies Incorporated, Louisville, Ohio.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
