Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 28, 2016 by a state workforce official on behalf of
workers of Osram Sylvania, Inc., a subsidiary of Osram Licht AG,
Wilmington, Massachusetts (herein known as “Osram Sylvania,
Inc.”).
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-85,718A) which
expires on December 10, 2017. Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
