Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 28, 2016 by a state workforce office on behalf of workers
of Capital One US Card Operations, including workers whose wages
were reported through, Capital One Services II LLC and Capital
One Services, LLC, Tigard, Oregon.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-90,065) which expires
on November 12, 2017. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
