Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 21, 2016 by a State Workforce Office on behalf of workers
of Rivergate Scrap Metals, a subsidiary of Bors, Inc., including
on-site leased workers from TCMI, Inc., and Opti Staffing,
Portland, Oregon.
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
