Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as
amended, an investigation was initiated in response to a
petition filed on January 15, 2016 by a state workforce office
on behalf of workers of Eurest Services Inc., a wholly owned
subsidiary of Compass Group USA, Inc., including on-site
leased workers from Labor Ready, working on-site at General
Motors Lake Orion Assembly, Lake Orion, Michigan.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-85,742) which
expires on January 21, 2017. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
