Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 14, 2016 on behalf of workers of Mark TK Welding,
Kittanning, Pennsylvania. The petition states that the subject
firm is engaged in activities related to the production of
"conveyor systems, fabricate and repair various." The petition
identifies three workers as the petitioners and that the
petitioners are company officials; however, during the course of
the investigation, the Department determined that the petitioner
is the subject firm and not three workers.
The company official representing the subject firm has
requested that the petition be withdrawn. Consequently, the
investigation has been terminated.
