Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended, an
investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on January 8,
2016 by a State workforce office on behalf of workers of Micro Power
Electronics, Inc., a division of Electrochem Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary
of Greatbatch, Ltd., including on-site leased workers from Aerotek,
Superior Group, Superior Talent, Nesco and Northwest Staffing, Beaverton,
Oregon.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is covered
under an existing certification (TA-W-85,592) which expires on October 23,
2016. Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
