Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 6, 2016 by the United Steelworkers, Local 1212 on behalf
of workers of Allegheny Technologies Incorporated, Midland,
Pennsylvania. The petition also names third party contractors,
Pennsylvania Southwestern Railroad and Harsco, who provided
workers in support of the Midland, Pennsylvania worker group.

The petitioning group of workers is covered by an earlier
petition (TA-W-91,278) filed on January 5, 2016 that is the subject
of an ongoing investigation for which a determination has not yet
been issued. Further investigation in this case would duplicate
efforts and serve no purpose; therefore the investigation under
this petition has been terminated.
