Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended, an
investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
January 5, 2016 by the State Workforce Office on behalf of workers of
CareFusion Resources, LLC, Vital Signs, Inc. Division, a subsidiary
of CareFusion Corporation, Englewood, Colorado.
The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-85,703) which expires
on December 30, 2016. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
