Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 31, 2015 by a company official on behalf of workers of
AVX Corporation, a subsidiary of Kyocera Corporation, Myrtle
Beach, South Carolina (TA-W-91,271) and AVX Corporation, a
subsidiary of Kyocera Corporation, Conway, South Carolina (TA-W-
91,271A). The worker group also includes leased workers of South
Coast Networks. The workers’ firm is engaged in activities
related to the production of ceramic capacitors.

The petitioning group of workers is covered by an earlier
petition (TA-W-91,219) filed on December 14, 2015 that is the
subject of an ongoing investigation for which a determination has
not yet been issued. Further investigation in this case would
duplicate efforts and serve no purpose; therefore the investigation
under this petition has been terminated.

Signed in Washington, D.C., this 27th day of January, 2016
