Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
December 17, 2015 by a company official on behalf of workers of
IAC Acoustics, formerly known as GT Exhaust, a subsidiary of IAC
Acoustics, including on-site leased workers from AurStaff,
Express, Celebrity and Aerotek, Lincoln, Nebraska, (TA-W-91,236)
and IAC Acoustics, formerly known as Maxim Silencers, a
subsidiary of IAC Acoustics, Stafford, Texas, (TA-W-91,236A).
The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has been terminated.
